My drains are blocked, can you clean them? (Private Housing)
If you are a housing tenant, please contact your local housing authority or your local neighbourhood office.
If you are a private residential tenant, please contact your landlord. If they do not cover the matter, the Private Sector Housing department may be able to assist you.
Private owners of property should contact their insurance company to see if they are covered. If you still are unsure please contact Private Sector Housing for more information.
My drains are blocked, can you clean them? (Commercial Property)
For commercial properties, if your building is pre 1937 and there is more than one property affected, Thames Water will deal with your enquiry. Please contact them for action and response.
If a single property is affected or your building is constructed after 1937, please contact your insurance company to see if you are covered. If you are not covered please refer to your local directory for advice and help.
