Development Management
The Development Management service (formerly Regulatory Services), provides the Council's statutory responsibilities in respect of Development Control (processing planning applications; appeal and enforcement functions) and Land Charges.
It facilitates a clear separation of the Council's regulatory functions from its promotional role.
