Finding somewhere to live can be hard when you need to find the money for a deposit and pay the rent in advance for private rented accommodation.
The Rent Deposit Scheme can help people on benefits or low income and hopes to encourage landlords and agents to let their properties to those with the greatest housing need.

If you find a suitable property, please contact the Rent Deposit Scheme team on 020 8356 5836 and give them details of the property and the date it will become available for letting. We will then send the landlord information about the Rent Deposit Scheme.
