Ridley Road Market
The market is situated at the heart of Dalston town centre opposite Dalston Kingsland Train Station and beside Kingsland Shopping Centre.
It started with a small stall of about 20 towards the end of the 1880s but now there are over 181 stalls offering a range of quality goods at very competitive prices.
You can choose from a range of goods such as foods from Asia, Africa, Caribbean and Mediterranean to the latest ladies fashion wear.

This consultation is now closed and results will be published soon.
The Council consulted on plans to create new zones and implement a variable pricing structure for Ridley Road market temporary licences and introduce a model for new and emerging markets which includes revised fees and charges.
This proposal affects temporary trading licences only; shop front traders and permanent licensees are unaffected by this change.
