Mums on the Run
Tuesdays, 10am-11am, starting from Wednesday 3 February for nine weeks at Hackney Downs Pavilion, E5 8NP
Want to get active after having a baby? Struggling to find the time or energy? Come along to free running sessions and bring your baby or toddler in the buggy.
A series of 8 sessions progressing up to a 5k or 10k race at the end, which you'll also be entered into for free. No specialist equipment required. Led by Holly Weir, a qualified British athletics running coach.

Run starts at 7pm. Run Dem Crew is a collective of of over 100 people with a passion for running and exchanging ideas. Ideal whether you're a marathon veteran or taking your first steps towards your first race. Runs are split into 5 groups according to fitness and pace.
A great first step if you want to get into running, whatever your age, fitness level, aspiration, background, or location. Free membership, support, advice and encouragement. And if you've already got a few miles under your belt, you'll be able to meet people just like you.
