Hospice Care
Hospice care in Hackney is provided by our service partner St Joseph's Hospice.
The Hospice Information Service is a national and international resource providing links for hospice workers and the public. They provide information via an online form or by telephone. It also publishes a directory of hospices in the UK and holds information on overseas hospices.
