Support for victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour
We want to support victims and witnesses of crime and anti-social behaviour, especially before incidents are taken to court (when informal action is being taken, or while evidence is being collected). This is an important aim of the the Justice Seen, Justice Done initiative.
To achieve this we have teamed up with the national charity Victim Support to provide a dedicated anti-social behaviour victim support worker.
You can also call on a "Victims Champion" that will advocate for you if you are not happy with the response you are getting to your anti-social behaviour complaint, whether you have complained to the police, your landlord or the council.

Why victim support is important
It is essential that the public feels confident to come forward and report incidents. By providing victim and witness support, we aim to inspire that confidence and encourage people to come forward and report crime or anti-social behaviour.
