What you can expect of us
Customer Care
- We will answer the phone in five rings and respond to phone messages within one working day.
- We will answer letters and emails within 10 working days
- We will respond to your complaints within 15 working days.
Graffiti and Fly posting
- If you report offensive graffiti or flyposting on buildings owned and run by the Council, we will remove it within 24 hours. Non-offensive graffiti will be removed within 14 days.
- If you report non-offensive graffiti or flyposting, we will investigate within two working days.
- All reports of graffiti reported to the environmental enforcement team will be investigated within 48 hours.
Noise Nuisance
- If you report a nuisance such as noise, we will investigate within one hour.
