A beautiful, flexible space for wedding receptions and other events in Stoke Newington
The Assembly Hall is a grand, traditional Art Deco space boasting one of the largest mirror balls in Europe. It provides a beautiful flexible space which is home to an original sprung Canadian maple dance floor, large stage and dressing rooms alongside a wealth of original features.
A range of moveable furniture means this impressive space can be laid out to meet your requirements and the adjoining kitchen, bar, dressing rooms and cloakroom are included in the hire fee.

Capacity
The Hall can accommodate a total of 550 people for a stand-up reception.
Where seating is required, the hall can accomodate:
- 420 people seated theatre-style (no tables)
- 300 people seated banqueting-style (with tables)
There is also a balcony which can seat 94 people (theatre style; no tables) and a bar adjacent to Assembly Hall. These can be booked with the Assembly Hall.
Dimensions
The dimensions of the space are as follows: 420sqM (20.5m x 20.5m).
Catering
There is a dedicated kitchen with workspaces for caterers to prepare food for events. Please note however that caterers need to cook food off-site and bring their own equipment to reheat it.
