Stoke Newington - situated in North East London in the exciting borough of Hackney - is loved by residents and visitors alike for its village feel and the variety of independent shops, restaurants, cafés and bars on its famous Church Street.
At the top of the road you'll find the newly improved Clissold Park, a beautiful green space which makes an ideal backdrop for wedding / civil ceremony photographs. The park contains sports facilities, a fantastic children's playground, animal enclosures, paddling pool and plenty of green space to simply relax in. In the park you'll also find Clissold House, a beautiful Georgian manor house which has now opened following an £8.9m renovation project. Like the town hall, this building is available to hire for wedding receptions, parties, meetings and events.
Beside the park on Church Street, you'll find Stoke Newington's two parish churches (St Mary's 'Old' and 'New').
