Walking Together

Looking for simple, easy steps towards a healthier lifestyle? Why not take part in Healthy Walks taking place across various parks in Hackney?

Suitable for all ages, especially those who are beginners to exercise feel unfit or are over 50. The walks take between 30 – 60 minutes and are led by a qualified Health Walks leader & First Aider. All are welcome!

Walking is an excellent activity to participate in, it’s a safe activity which helps to improve health as well as -

  • Making you feel good
  • Giving you more energy
  • Reducing stress
  • Helping to manage weight
  • Helping you to sleep better
  • Helping to reduce blood pressure

The ‘walkingtogether’ programme offers a range of walks which take place in parks within Hackney. The group walks are a great way to socialise, meet new people, enjoy the park and get healthy.
