Complaints, compliments and suggestions for social care services

There are many social care services provided by Hackney Council which are available through either -

• Community Services - Adults and Older People's Services
• Children and Young People's Services.

Each service has a separate complaints procedure. Copies of the complaints forms can be found on the download section of this page.

Whatever service you use -

• we want to give the best service we can
• we want to involve you and listen to your views
• we want to hear from you about how we can do things better
