Street Care and Cleaning Service Standards
What you can expect from us
Enforcement
- If you report advertising boards or other equipment and materials blocking the pavement, we will investigate within two working days.
Hygiene Services
- Hackney's Public conveniences are cleaned up to four times a day and we will deal with reported vandalism or repairs within 24 hours.
Street Scene
- If you report broken streetlights, we will repair those under our control within five working days.
- If you report blocked or broken roadside drains, we will clear them within five working days.
- If you report a dangerous damaged pavement or road, we will repair it within 24 hours.
Waste
- If you report racist or other offensive graffiti we will remove it within 24 hours.
