Pavements and Potholes
I would like to report a pothole.

There is a problem with a kerbing on my road.
We need to take different action depending on the type of problem. Please call the Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 2897 with as much detail as possible about the problem, including a clear description of its location. Some examples you can refer to when calling us to log a problem are:
•The colour of slab,
•The colour of road,
•The colour of material,
•The location: What is it close to? What buildings are nearby? Is it near a junction? Are there lamp columns nearby? Is there a shop, business or company nearby?
If necessary, our officers will visit the site to investigate the problem.
Work will be carried out if necessary within 28 days. Work is prioritised according to the danger to the public.
I reported a pothole days ago. What’s happened?
