I would like to report a traffic light that’s not working.
I have noticed the vibrating traffic light control mechanism is not working.

The Pelican crossing light is not working.
I have noticed a damaged Pelican crossing who should i report this to?
A Pelican crossing is signal-controlled whereby flashing amber follows the red stop light. Please contact the Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 2897.Please provide as much detail as possible about the problem, including a clear description of its location, what light is not working and when you first noticed the light not working.
If necessary, our officers will visit the site to investigate the problem.
How would I request a new crossing?
