Contaminated Land Strategy/policy
In July 2001, in response to new legislation (Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990), the Council published its Contaminated Land Strategy. The strategy sets out how contamination issues will be dealt with in the Borough. The strategy is currently being updated, but you can download the existing strategy document here (PDF, 703KB).
