Animal Health and Welfare

I have seen an animal that looks like it has been mistreated

A mistreated or distressed animal is a very serious matter and needs to be referred to the RSPCA who are more knowledgeable in these matters. Please contact them directly.

I am worried about the welfare of an animal, who should I report this to?

Please call our Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 6688, a member of staff will be happy to deal with your enquiry. If a visit is required then the matter will be referred to the Corporation of London Vets who shall deal with the problem. If a visit is not required then you will be advised who to contact.
