I wish to make a complaint about unsafe conditions at my work
As a general guide, the Health and Safety Executive are responsible for factory health and safety enquiries. Environmental Health are responsible for offices, shops and other work places. Please contact the Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 4911 with your complaint. Environmental Health will investigate and take the appropriate actions on their area of responsibility.
When will my premises be inspected?
Businesses are inspected on a risk based programme. Some low risk premises will not be visited routinely. Inspection priorities are published in the annual plan. If you wish to arrange an inspection please contact the Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 4911.
