Environmental Health may not be responsible for all Health & Safety issues for businesses located in the London Borough of Hackney. A list exists detailing which areas of responsibility are under the London Borough of Hackney and is regulation-bound. Please contact the Hackney Service Centre on 020 8356 4911, who will give you advice on how to seek redress and will refer this matter to the Environmental Health Office. The Environmental Health Office may contact you for further details in order to enable them to take action. Anonymous calls are not permitted but confidentiality will be respected.
When we receive your query we will contact you within 3 days and advise you of the action we intend to take. Where an officer is investigating the matter further, you will receive a letter advising you of this.
