How do I make a complaint about water quality?
Please give the Hackney Service Centre a call on 020 8356 4455.
Your query will be passed to Contaminated Land Officer to investigate. On completion of investigation the case may be passed to Thames Water.
Where river pollution is involved the case may be escalated to the Environment Agency.
