Wednesday 21 June
London Fields Cyclists' Breakfast: If your morning route takes you anywhere near London Fields, join us for fresh coffee and croissants; and while you're eating them, let Dr Bike give a quick diagnosis of your bike's state of health. Location: Southern end of London Fields, near the top of Broadway Market. Time: 7-10am
Thursday 22 June
Self-help maintenance workshop: Stopped riding your bike because of a repair problem like a puncture, faulty brakes, bent wheels? Our workshop can help, providing free lessons in bicycle repair. If you haven't got the tools for the job, don't worry. We’re equipped with all the necessaries. These workshops are run on second and fourth Thursday of every month, call 07940 121 513. Location: The Recycling Shop on the Nightingale Estate. From Downs Road E5, go north up Muir Road, to Olympus Square; and the Recycling Shop is the second the parade of shops. Time: 7-9pm
Thursday 22 June
Peak-hour pitstop: Like Doctor Bike, but after a couple of espressos. Hackney Cyclists will be running a pitstop for cycling commuters on Kingsland Road – look out for the chequered flag. Pull in for a few minutes while professional mechanics pump your tyres, lube your chain and diagnose mechanical problems, and in the meanwhile pick up some bargain accessories and giveaways. Location: Kingsland Road When: 5-7pm
Saturday 24 June
Bike the bounds: The annual circumnavigation of the borders of our diverse borough. It's an absorbing journey of surprising contrasts, totalling about 20 miles. Location: Meet in front of Hackney Town Hall, Mare Street, moving off in a counterclockwise direction. When: 1pm

Pedal Power session: Lea Valley Cycle Circuit Cycling club for people with learning disabilities. £2.50 fee + bike hire £2.50 (bring your own bike if you can). Call Jo on 020 8809 7718. Location: Meet at Lea Valley Cycle Circuit. When: 2-4pm
Sunday 25 June
Cycle tour around Olympics site What's getting built where; and what will it all mean for cycle permeability of the area, before, during and after the games in 2012? Location: Meet under countdown clock at Stratford station. Time: 12pm
