Quarterly Performance Report

As part of Hackney Council’s performance improvement process, quarterly performance reports are produced.

Timely, accurate and regular reporting and monitoring of performance against key indicators and projects allows directors and members of the council to respond to any under performance and is key to improvement.  The report also allows residents and stakeholders to monitor the Council’s performance throughout the year.

The report looks at performance against the Council’s contribution to the community strategy themes and other priority programmes.  It is supported by more detailed information on specific key projects and performance indicators.
