Quarterly Performance Report
Measuring success and identifying areas for improvement
As part of Hackney Council's performance improvement process, quarterly performance reports are produced.
The reports look at performance against the Council's contribution to the community strategy themes and other priority programmes. They are supported by more detailed information on specific key projects and performance indicators.
Timely, accurate and regular reporting and monitoring of performance against key indicators and projects allows directors and members of the council to respond to any underperformance and make necessary improvements.
The reports also allow residents and stakeholders to monitor the Council's performance throughout the year.
