The Hackney Youth Parliament

The Hackney Youth Parliament comprises 22 elected members, who represent young people's voice in local decision-making. Find out more about the Youth Parliament.

Youth forums

Hackney's four neighbourhood Youth Forums meet weekly to discuss local and youth issues and changes that can be made to improve provision and services. Read about the Hackney youth forums.

Ambassador programmes

MyVoice 

MyVoice is a three year programme shaped and led by young people.The young people involved with MyVoice will be setting up reading and writing hubs in their local libraries; accessing accredited volunteering opportunities with links through to education and apprenticeships; running events and activities for other young people; participating and contributing to MyVoice online and accessing mentoring opportunities. Find out more about MyVoice
