Please bear with us during this busy time. If you have general questions about fire safety, please take a look at the frequently asked questions first.

A hate crime or hate incident is any behaviour that you or someone else believes was motivated by hostility, prejudice or hatred of groups or people based on their physical appearance, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
Domestic violence and abuse
Domestic violence includes any incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive or threatening behaviour, violence or abuse between those aged 16 or over who are or have been intimate partners or family members.
Our mediation is an effective way of resolving disputes between neighbours. A mediator will visit you in your home or at a neutral place. You do not have to meet or sit with your neighbour during the mediation process.
Most fires can be avoided taking some precautions. However, if there is a fire in your home or in your housing block, you need to be aware of safety procedures.
