You can use this information to help plan what care and support services you want to use. You can do this by yourself, with your family or with a social worker or support planner.
We can arrange services from the list below for you. You can also take your budget as a direct payments to buy services directly.

If you do not qualify for financial support from us, or you use direct payments, you may wish to arrange home care support independently.

The Oswald Street Centre is a purpose-built centre in Hackney offering a range of day opportunities, activities and lunch as well as transport services for people with complex needs.
Oswald St is a modern building laid out over two floors and includes a sensory garden.
Open Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm. Currently closed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
